Goodyear tires have 5000 miles on them, trailer has approximately 10,000. Exterior very good, has some light road rash on the diamond plate on front of unit, small tear in awning side that can be remedied with gorilla tape. Storage box added up front to store battery and 50 amp shore power cord. Has level-mate pro installed for easy levelling when setting up- has motorized stabilizers (not levellers).

Comes with new sewer hose, water hose, camp table, (2) zero- gravity camp chairs/recliners.

Been in storage unit under cover since Jan 2023 when we bought motorhome. Stays connected to power, with dehumidifier running full-time to keep interior moisture controlled. Regularly inspected and exterior cleaned.
