I am the original owner of this travel trailer. I was not able to use this trailer much, it still looks like new. I am a non smoker and you will find it to be very clean. The dry weight is 3000 pounds which makes this trailer a very easy tow up the hills. It also has great ground clearance for going down some of those rough roads. The light weight along with great ground clearance gives you the ability to get away from the crowded areas.
