Remodeled 36' Heartland North Trail!
I cannot take payments or do trades.

I lived in this camper for a year, through winter in CO, and it was solid.
Some stats:
36' long
3 slides
No outdoor kitchen.
I remodeled it to make more space for living and pulled out the built in dinette, bunks in the back, and cabinets over the bed to make more space. There is a ton of storage in the camper.
Heater and AC work great.
Some extra heater parts and pieces included.
I have the electrical and sewage lines to include as well.

A couple of the panels underneath are missing, but with skirting in the winter this was no problem. It’s not perfect but has solid bones. The previous owner repaired some water damage in the bunk area and there are some dents and dings on the outside.
