We purchased it new from Bill Thomas Camper Sales in June 2023. We are selling because we purchased a condo in March 2024 and will spend our time there instead.

Price includes two warranties BOTH of which WILL TRANSFER TO THE BUYER:

1) The 5-year Phoenix American RV Elite+ extended warranty (expires June 2028),

2) The 7-year NanoCure RV Ceramic Interior and Exterior Protection (expires June 2030). The NanoCure system protects the interior, ELIMINATES exterior waxing, and makes washing off black streaks and bugs so much easier. Price also includes the 50 AMP power cord, outside sprayer hose, and ALL owner's manuals and instruction booklets that came with the original sale.

You do not need a one ton dually to pull it. We have a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 SRW High Country Diesel which has plenty of towing capacity for this RV. We will be selling the truck as well. So if you need a towing vehicle, we are willing to sell the truck and RV as a package.
