With the extra five inches in width in Alliance Paradigm models, this unit feels like a small apartment with separate, but open living and kitchen areas. We ordered this unit and have lived full-time in it for 2 1/2 years with time split between Florida and Indiana. It has less than 6000 miles on it and has never had mold or mildew issues.

If you plan to pull it, you will appreciate the hydraulic disc brakes, MorRyde 3000 suspension and the six-point hydraulic auto-leveling power jacks. In addition to the Alliance standard of 2 power awnings, PVC roof and Azdel sidewalls, a Bauer keyless entry lock and rooftop vent covers were added. Two roof-mounted solar panels and the 2000 watt inverter will lengthen your travel days and help provide back up in a power outage.

This beautiful kitchen has a residential size 110v 18 cu ft refrigerator with ice maker, Insignia 4 burner gas range with large residential oven and Insignia microwave/convection combo vented to the outside. The kitchen is dishwasher prepped and has deep cabinets with soft-close doors and solid surface countertops. The bathroom has a large residential shower and large vessel sink. The 12 gal water heater is electric or propane and there are two gray tanks for 106 gal total and one 53 gal black tank. The 3 ultra-quiet A/C's, 40,500 BTUs, each have their own thermostat with one unit dedicated to the bedroom, perfect for comfortable sleeping without having to power all three units. You can stay toasty warm with the 42,000 BTU propane furnace or the 5100 BTU electric linear fireplace. Enjoy the convenience of a vented Splendide washer/dryer combo added to the front closet.

The queen sized bed has bedside tables on each side with 110V and USB outlets and there is a large linen closet across from the bathroom.

This RV is entertainment ready with two LG HD smart TV's, Jensen bluetooth AM/FM/CD/DVD (outside speakers inc) and Winegard Wi-fi prepped (needs SIM card). For living comfort and convenience, there is a loveseat with power recliners on each side and sofa and loveseat sleeper sofas. Enjoy the Alliance feature of commercial grade vinyl flooring throughout including flush slideouts.

Included in this price is a Hughes Watchdog Surge Protector, extra 50 amp cord, Anderson buckets and Yakima bike rack. Original table and chairs are available if preferred over the drop-leaf and modern chairs.
