This fifth wheel has truly been the home of our dreams. Front living allows for a spacious living area complete with a fireplace, television, sound bar, two sofas, and a double recliner. The recliner has had some pet damage but is still usable. The kitchen has plenty of storage with a large refrigerator, three burner gas stove, gas oven, microwave, and a farmhouse metal sink. The kitchen slide has also had the carpeting removed and replaced with waterproof vinyl flooring. The bathroom has a large shower with plenty of room if you're tall as well as plenty of storage. The bedroom has an RV king bed with under-bed storage that can be accessed from both the interior and exterior. There are also two closets- one of which has washer and dryer hookups, and a built-in dresser. A television has also been added, and an air conditioner is in the bedroom.

On the exterior, slide covers have been added. The RV was poly-steel coated at purchase and has been well maintained. Cameras have been added to the sides and rear to aid in driving. The bumper has been reinforced for a higher carrying capacity as well. There is a front basement as well as a through-and-through basement near the front of the rig. Storage was also added underneath the fifth wheel to allow for easy storage of sewage hoses.

The fifth wheel has two separate air conditioners as well as a furnace. There are dual propane tanks as well. Three gray tanks and one black tank round out a truly spectacular RV!

The RV is currently under warranty, and the price was reduced based on damage to the recliner, as well as missing one kitchen chair.
