We have used this RV in both summer and winter without heating or cooling issues for an excellent "home away from home" experience.

Indoor living area includes an electric fireplace, 36 " TV, theatre seating with heated seats and cup holders, and couch with full-sized, pull-out bed.

Kitchen area features a center island with double kitchen sink, 8 cu ft. refrigerator, convection microwave, and four chair dinette.

Bedroom includes a queen-size bed with under bed storage and multiple cabinets. Bedroom slide provides two closets for hang-ups.

Side aisle bath is adjacent to the bedroom and features a linen closet, sink with mirror and cabinet, toilet, and shower with sky light.

In 2021 we purchased Goodyear Tires Endurance E ST225/5 R15, which have 2913 miles. This RV has had two owners and comes with maintenance records upon request.

We have used Dish Network for television with a Wally and internet using a Verizon Hot Spot. There are three Televisions: Living Room, Bedroom, and in an Outside entertainment area that also has a small refrigerator. Available, if needed, is a Curt E16 5th Wheel Hitch that would need to be removed from our pickup.
