This Cedar Creek 5th Wheel is in very good condition and is ready to go.It has 2 AC/HP installed in 2021controlled by a 2 zone multi function thermostat. It is equipped with a Lippert Auto Leveling System for easy set up. It is prepped for a generator with a transfer switch. We used a portable Cummins generator that powers the entire coach when shore power is not available. The generator can be sold with the unit for an agreed upon price. It has 2 automatic fans with humidstat controls. Lots of basement storage. It has central vacuum. A new queen mattress and a new flat screen TV in the bedroom installed in May of 2022. The gas/electric water heater delivers plenty of hot water. The flooring in the kitchen and living room has been upgraded to LVT. Extra tail lights were added to the rear of the unit when it was "Orvanized". Orvan also put in new seals and bottom drip skirts around all three slides.
