This fifth wheel is in great shape. It's had one owner and we used it to house my mother in law. It's only sat at our home and has never been used for trips. Everything is in great shape except for some stains in the carpet in the living room, that can probably come out with a good carpet cleaning. It has two brand new air conditioners and a brand new tv in the living room. All of the reclining chair/couches have recently been replaced as well. As you can tell from the pictures, it looks brand new still.
