One spacious slide out in the living area and the entertainment center comes equipped with a 40" TV. You will have the convenience to cook inside or use the outside kitchen. A brand new microwave/ convection oven was installed this past fall and has never been used. This camper also comes with a dirt devil central vac system with attachments to make cleaning a breeze! Bathroom Shower head has been upgraded to an Oxygenics Fury and a new skylight was installed a year ago. Outside end cap lights have been replaced. Tires are about two years old and the Equalizer hitch with sway bars and back-up camera are also included. This camper has a generous pass through storage area underneath and outdoor kitchen with fridge and stove. Outdoor shower has hot and cold water. The wheel chocks, sewer hose, leveling blocks, 50 amp conversion plug, and fresh water hose will also be included.
This camper has an 18ft power awning (covers outdoor kitchen) with led lights. We installed outdoor ven covers and have inside vent insulators as well as black out covers for doors. Title in hand.
