The toy hauler area is 7' X 54". Rails & bars were added to the roof for transporting kayaks. Memory foam has been added to the king & queen beds. The kitchen area pulls out. The kitchen table makes down into extra sleeping. The refrigerator was never used. There are hanging cupboards that were never used plus tire covers that were never used. The heater works great. There is an inside toilet & shower plus an outside shower. This tent trailer was used once a year. It was stored in a carport. The last two years it was not used at all due to health issues.
