We purchased this unit on 3-20-2024 from Primeaux RV in Carencro, LA. Our original plans were to park this on our lot in a subdivision on the lake 40 mins from our home. The subdivision has literally denied us from parking this on our lot. We are unable to put any kind of mobile home, camper/park model on this lot we just purchased. We were not aware of this as we were never provided bylaws. In essence, we have no use for it at all now. It was bought and parked under our shed since we got back with it on 3-20. It has NEVER BEEN SLEPT IN! The only thing we did to it was add brand new smart TVs. Water hasn't even been hooked to it by us. It has just been plugged in with the air conditioners running.
