RV Description

For sale is an Airstream Basecamp 20x, one owner bought new from Airstream Inland Empire. It is an amazing trailer, but I am not getting as much use out of it as I'd like so I'd rather it go to a good home. Has been used lightly (1500 miles and still has tags on appliances), mostly long weekends at the beach. It is the perfect size for a small family or a couple with a dog and with its features you are able to stay out for days at a time without being restricted to hook ups.

It has tank heaters and a furnace, so with the proper prep it will keep you warm in the mountains for skiing and the AC pumps cold for hot weekends at the beach or out in the desert. It has solar panels and a 23 fresh water tank, 28 grey water tank, and 21 black water tank so you can stay out for days at a time without hook ups. And weighing in at max capacity of 4300 lbs and 20' length tongue to tail it tows like a dream behind my F-150 but can also be towed by a smaller truck/SUV.

While it is a small camper, it makes the most out of all available space and has everything you need without being cramped. The interior is adjustable. The two rear benches and tables turn into close to a king size bed and front table turns into a secondary bed. I left the rear bed permanently set up and cut a tempur-pedic mattress topper to size and it is as comfortable as my bed at home. And the back door opens which gives the ability to put surfboards/kayaks/ etc into the camper while driving.

This camper provides you everything you need (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, two burner stove, sleeping areas, and wet bath) without all of the extra stuff like stereos, tvs, awnings that are prone to breaking. And since its an airstream and is all aluminum, it will continue to look amazing 10 years from now and not faded like cheaper trailers.

I will include everything needed to get you going, to include an Equalizer Weight Distribution Hitch ($865), Progressive 30amp surge protector ($165), adaptors for 50amp and 15amp, wheel chocks, leveling blocks, black water hoses and fresh water hoses.
