Are you an avid outdoors person looking to get away from it all? Or do you enjoy RVing in campgrounds? Either way this rig is for you! It has boondocking and off-road capabilities for you to explore and camp as you wish!

This RV can boondock for up to 2 weeks comfortably, even in the winter time. We have enjoyed our many boondocking and RV park trips. We've been in temperatures of 120F to (-)40F and have been very comfortable in both extremes and you will too. Whatever you’re looking to do for your get-away this RV can do it all; relaxing away from the hustle and bustle, a mountain biking adventure, hiking, fishing, hunting, ice fishing trip, to the ski slopes, ATVing or snowmobiling. This rig can make it and be your home away from home. It is also very capable of being a full time residence.

We love this rig but are having a baby soon and don't see ourselves using it as often as we'd hoped.

It comes with two 40lb propane tanks, has an outdoor hose hook up, 100 gallon fresh water tank, 40 gallon gray water tank, 40 gallon black water tank, a water heater that can either run on electricity or propane, a refrigerator that can also can run on electricity or propane, and an under belly jacket that keeps the water tanks and pipes warm on those below freezing days and nights. It has additional clearance to help get you to those remote places.

It will come with a curved leveling system and chocks, electric jack that runs on the solar panel, X-chocks for between the wheels,, an upgraded lithium ion battery, propane generator with 1 hour on it, and anti-sway bars with the trailer hitch. The RV has an outside coating to protect the camper from the elements, keeping it looking nice through all season and all travel. It also has the inside coating to protect the inside from mold and mildew. We will also include the under mattress air-flow moisture barrier. We can include the mattress or remove it for you to get the one you prefer. All necessary maintenance will be performed before the sale so you can drive away with the RV and begin your journey and create your own memories from day 1.

It may be possible to transfer our road hazard protection to you, which covers any tire or wheel that is damaged while traveling, including the vehicle hauling the RV, while attached. The road hazard protection expires 11/2026.
