This home away from home has been well cared for and is in excellent condition.This fifth wheel is also rated for full time living. We've upgraded the original recliner with a gray power leather recliner 5 months ago. The color changing electric fireplace kept us toasty throughout the winter. The queen mattress on the bed is less than a year old.There is a washer/dryer hookup located in one of the bedroom closets. There is a television in the bedroom and a larger one in the living room. This RV has a full sized stainless steel refrigerator.The two awnings have lighting and there is an outdoor speaker. There is lots of storage on this unit. Underbelly is heated. Outside TV jack so you can watch your favorite shows in nature. 2 queen sleeper sofas. Also included is a 10x20 Cobizi EZ pop up canopy tent, 3 outdoor mats, a two burner induction stove, an airfryer oven and outdoor string lights. A certified technician serviced and cleaned the AC units a few months ago and checked all seals.
