Factory refurbished July 2023.

This unit has never been in an accident or had water damage. Due to a factory defect, Forest River took this unit back in the Spring of 2023 and replaced the floor and several other components.
The following were factory installed in July 2023 at the Forest River facility in Indiana:

Camper is currently winterized with the pink RV antifreeze.

My wife and I love this camper so much we named her "Birdie". She is easy to tow with most SUV's. We used to tow her with a 4Runner and she tracked right perfectly behind the car.
We have alway used the Equalizer Sway Control Hitch but she tows easily without it as well. The Equilizer Tow system is included in the price.
