Mercedes Benz Sprinter 3500 Chassis with 69,900 miles purchased new by original owner from La Mesa RV, Sacramento, CA in 2016. Sold to the second and current owner by La Mesa RV, Sacramento, CA in 2018. Has been stored near San Francisco when not in use since 2016.

Features and amenities
A king size bed can be configured to two single beds with access between in the rear of the coach. The V floor plan affords lots of overhead storage around the bedroom. There is a single slide out for the dining area with couch that converts to a bed and a bed accessed by a ladder over the cab. Appliances include a Microwave/Convection oven, LP gas stove top, and a Norcold three-way refrigerator. There is a Coleman-Mach electric heat pump that can both heat or cool the coach as well as a propane furnace. The water heater operates on propane and/or electric. Our Navion came equipped with a Cummins Onan 3200 propane generator that has very low hours. TVs in bedroom and dining area. Original equipment includes a Xantrex 1000 watt inverter and a “One Place” panel which monitors tanks/batteries and allows you to start the generator. Equipped with Alcoa alloy wheels and full body paint. Cab windows have privacy shades. Wired for a tow vehicle or trailer. A 1998 Honda CR-V toad with breaking system installed may be purchased in addition to the RV.

- Bilstein B6 front gas struts installed and front wheel alignment 8/23.
- New rear tires (4) at 50,000 miles on 7/22.

- New front tires installed and balanced and alignmnet at 67,000 miles 1/23.
- Tire Tracker 600 TPMS to monitor tire pressure.
- Scan Gauge II to monitor conditions of the engine and transmission.
- Sony XAV 5000 in dash unit with Android Auto and Apple Car Play and Sirius XM ready.
- New “Sun Shade” awning installed 1/23.
- Maxx Air power roof vent with automatic settings and remote.
- 480 watts of solar panels on the roof, 40 amp MPPT converter/charger.
- 2X6 volt AGM heavy duty golf cart batteries, 7/20.
- “Trik-L-Start” charges and maintains the chassis battery. Never had a dead battery!

All oil changes and services performed as scheduled with records. All known recalls and the AEM agreement modifications have been performed and other preventative maintenance has been performed.
