This camper may be a 2005, but it has been lightly used. The interior is very clean. Upgrades include an AC unit with wall control, gas oven with three burner stove, propane generator, and electric jacks with a wireless remote, 3 way refridgerator / freezer (propane, AC, or DC) and microwave that runs on either AC or the generator. The camper has a dry bath. It has a 20,000 BTU heater and a 6 gallon water heater. Freshwater capacity is 33 gallons, grey water and black water are 15 gallons each and two 7 gallon propane tanks. It is wired for a dual battery setup. The interior is wired and has speakers. It has a cab over escape hatch / skylight and a Fantastic fan over the dinette. The camper has ample interior storage.
The camper has been stored outside so the exterior and graphics have faded. There is a roof ladder and luggage rack on the roof. The exterior has an outside shower and a propane hookup for an outdoor grill. There is also a cable hookup.
The fan blade in the bathroom vent needs to be replaced. One of the blinds in the cabover does not retract and one exterior light cover is broken (the light still works). Otherwise everything works fine.
