Climate may be thermostatically controlled for heat/cooling.

Kitchen has 4 burner propane gas stovetop with protective cover for additional counter type space, oven, microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer apartment size. Double sink, accent lighting.

Outdoor kitchen entertainment area complete with cooking station on a Blackstone grill - complete with swingaway iron pededestal table. Prep area has small sink with running water, compact refrigerator,/freezer, lighting and cabinets -- all under a 23' full length allweather awning with recessed lighting ( one button controls it all). Area topped off with a 40"color TV in a built in covered area also under the awning.

Blue Ox towing system installed. A rear camera was installed for driving safety and for towing, Set up is quick - levelers are automatic, sewage, water, electricity hookup is ready!
