RV Description

This unit is like brand new and is set up for any situation, full hook-ups or boondocking! It has been immaculately cared for and only has approximately 5,500 miles on it since it was purchased new from an RV Dealer in Sacramento Ca. in May of 2021. At the time of purchase, we had the dealer install two additional solar panels, two lithium batteries, GO Power Inverter/Charger, upgraded Haier Residential refrigerator, upgraded MoRyde hitch pin box, Furrion rear and side cameras and the Lippert TPMS System. The unit did not have a generator, but we were able to locate a Cummins Onan 5500 LP generator shortly after we purchased the unit and had it installed by a certified mobile RV technician. In February of 2023, after approximately 3,000 miles, we upgraded to 8k axles which we had professionally installed by Performance Trailer Braking. At the same time, we upgraded to a hydraulic braking system and the Road Master Comfort Ride Slipper Spring System. All of the details of these suspension and braking upgrades can be viewed on Performance Trailer Braking website, http://www.performancetrailerbraking.com. We upgraded the queen mattress in the master bedroom with the Aurora Luxe Hybrid from RV Mattress by Brooklyn Bedding. The mattress was protected with a waterproof cover from the day it was installed. We had a certified RV technician install Micro-Air easy start soft starters on both A/C units and a battery isolation cutout switch making it possible to isolate the batteries while in storage so that any small amp draws from the coach don’t drain the batteries over time. We also installed a keypad code door lock and MAXX Air rain covers on the kitchen and bathroom fan vents. There are a few minor dents on the refrigerator door which were caused at the dealership. The dealer noted this and provided a new door. We did not install the door as the dents do not bother us, but we will provide the new door with the purchase.
