Beautiful trailer bought new and used for 3 small trips. Included is everything you see in the interior including added mounted TV plus DVD player, leveling blocks, all sewer hoses, spare tire and tire covers, shore power cord, hitch and sway bars, power tongue jack and rear fold down storage rack. The only cosmetic damage is on one interior wall when we removed a sticker of US map some paint came off. You can see it on the picture near the futon couch. Can easily be covered with a picture. Stove and microwave have never been used, everything works perfectly like the day we bought it. In the pictures there's a Hulk handwritten info sheet as well. In the photo of the bathroom, that's just sunlight on the door.
