Meet Big Butt Bessie and Hoss. We are from TX and have been well taken care of by our owners. The RV is a 2021 Grand Design Momentum 397 TH-R. The Onan 5500 Generator has under 60 hours.

We lived in this RV fulltime from 06/21-01/23 and it has been in covered storage along side the 2020 RAM 3500 since. My husband and I went back to fulltime truckdriving and we aren't home enough to take the RV out anymore.

We installed a Gen-Y Gooseneck hitch rated for 25K which we believe has helped to maintain the integrity of the RV over the 6000 miles it has been towed. We have loved this combination of RV and truck and would do it again in a heartbeat.

The modifications made are represented in pictures
*Installed tile on fireplace
*Installed tile to the backsplash on coffee bar
*Removed microwave because we don't use it BUT we have a brand new replacement (hasn't been re-installed yet)
*Removed glass shower door for more room after taking a shower (peel 'n stick wallpaper has been removed from bathroom walls)
*Removed shower wall (but not the plumbing) in the back bathroom to create a closet
*removed 1 of the bench seats in the garage & installed a desk (we still have bench & can be included if wanted)
*The 4th TV has been removed from outside compartment to create room for tools
*Removed valances above the 4 windows in the slide because they covered up view
*Installed curtain rods in Slide for curtains (blackout blinds are still in place)
*Installed curtain rod across back of the garage
*Installed 1 Battleborn Lithium battery
*Installed Easy Starts on all 3 A/C's
*Installed MAXX Fan Vent covers on all 3 vents
*Installed RV Locks on both doors
*Installed hardwired Hughes Surge Protector
*Replaced the couch & table (pictures show old/new)
*Added counter extension on island to match cabinets

We recommend that you get an RV inspection on the RV that you purchase & with that said, we will have to work with our prospective buyer to schedule that. We won't be able to show the RV & truck to anyone unless they are scheduing an inspection because with our job, we can't come home that easily. I can explain further in a phone call or email. Just wanting to be as clear as possible about our work-related contraints.

The truck is for sale as well and we believe that the pair belong together but we undertand if someone loves the truck they already own. No hurt feeelings. Truck is listed for $62K @ (42K miles). Picture of tires in listing. They were replaced at 29K miles.
