We are selling our 2020 Flagstaff Super Lite 27RKWS. This is the last 27RKWS floorplan produced, which was very sentimental. Here are the details:
The unit is kept in a climate-controlled garage when not on the road or at the shop for service.
Maintenance: The AC units were serviced in 2023. The brakes and bearings have approximately 2k miles on them since the last service. The roof is cleaned, inspected, and sealed lap sealant, UV Protectant annually.
Main Cabin Upgrades
Upgraded Thomas Payne Theater seats with heat, lights, and massage.
Custom platform for seating approved by Forest River engineers to ensure structural integrity.
Levolor Residential Day/Night Shades
Upgraded Kitchen, including:
New 1.5" wood countertops, which are lighter than the solid surface countertops that came with the unit
New residential single basin sink and pull down faucet
Residential hot/cold water shutoff valves at the faucet
Changed shaker panels in the pantry for chicken wire for better airflow in cold weather camping. 2022
Built custom sliding shelves with motion lights in the pantry
Additional LED lights were added above the kitchen counter
Changed the two screw mount on the dinette table with four removable screws to allow the table to be easily removed and replaced with an air mattress when guests camp with us

I replaced the shaker panel in the slide storage with chicken wire for better airflow during hot weather camping. This reduced condensation and gave the room a farmhouse look.
