Selling my Georgetown to get something smaller, everything woks as it should on this low mileage 2019 unit. Interior is very cozy with the 2 propane furnaces and 2 a/c units with electric heat back up. There is an electric fireplace also under the 50" smart tv in the living room area. The kitchen is set up very nice with a full-size refrigerator, a propane cooktop and propane oven. There is also a microwave/convection oven mounted above the cooktop. The Corian countertops and Undermount sink give it a very modern touch. There is also an electric massaging heated leather couch With recliners built in. There is a fold down bunkbed above the driver and passenger seat for more sleeping space. The bathroom area consist of a standup shower with a Vanity and head that is located in the bedroom area. There is lots of storage space in the bedroom, both under the bed and in the many cabinets and drawers. Located throughout the room. There is a hook up for a washer/dryer in one of the cabinets in the bedroom. On the outside of the unit, there is an entertainment package with another TV and stereo system, The awning supplies, plenty of shade for enjoying the area outside where there is a quick disconnect for your propane grill. There is a self leveling system on this RV and tons of storage. I'm sure there are many things that I'm forgetting to put in this listing, but most of all is the extremely low hours in mileage on this unit.
