RV Description

Very spacious, well-loved trailer that we've owned for the past 3 years. We are so proud to have owned it and have loved every minute with it, but my husband and I will be living on opposite sides of the country for the next year, and it won't see any use. This trailer sleeps 6 easily with two beds in the living space as well as a separate queen bedroom with door. The awning, outdoor speakers, and outdoor fridge/cooking area have been ideal for entertaining. This trailer also has one of the most spacious bathrooms and nicest showers we've owned. All appliances, heat, and A/C work beautifully. There are TONS of storage compartments including inside, outside, and pass-through. Buyer is also welcome to keep the large outdoor area rug, metal shelving in cabinets, any pots/pans/utensils in the trailer, and memory foam mattress topper (anything unwanted we will donate before you buy). Also comes with recently replaced battery, tire covers, X-wheel chocks, 2 propane tanks with hard plastic cover, and fresh water drinking/black tank drain hoses and 50/30/20 amp converters. Trailer boasts meticulous home maintenance and a new water pump as of last summer.

Two small cosmetic issues to be aware of: the cushions for the couch had some chemical damage, making the leather look odd in a couple spots and need re-upholstering. There is a soft spot in the flooring in front of the sink. Prior owner reported a leak that he had repaired, and we have never, ever seen any water inside the trailer or under the sink. We just simply never replaced the flooring there ourselves, as it never worsened or bothered us much.
