It was driven to MA from VA by the dealer in 2019; was lived in for a short time, during which we drove it to a nearby campground just to empty the tanks. It sits on its hydraulic stabilizers here on a cement slab in our yard, where it has functioned as my office and a makeshift homeschool during COVID. Buyer will want an electrical inspection. Seller will furnish a new battery at this time. It DOES start and run just fine, but original battery needs replacement as it has not moved much. Awning works but one arm is damaged from wind (negotiable). Very minor interior blemishes. Exterior professionally power washed recently. Has at least one outstanding recall on oven gas line (which we never used). The shower has never been used either. Overall, a very gently used camper. Priced based on comparable sales.
