We have downsized from this large Heartland 325 40’ Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler and it has many upgrades as well.

There are two desks in the garage that have been installed where the chairs were prior (still comes with the built in chairs if that is what you are looking for). There has been 4 bright lights added to the garage as it was used for office space (shown in pictures) when bed is up for a computer on one of the desks so much brighter than any toy hauler. Also, the bed has been adjusted to no longer need to use a ladder to get to the upper bunk as it is floor height. One of the desks is extended and when the bed is down about 15” of the desk serves as a night stand. There is the deck with rails that also set up for a nice patio when the ramp is elevated and has a bug screen and light for the deck at night.
This model has 2 entry doors (screen pull bars have been added to both doors). One door for the main living space where the main bath is accessible even with all slides closed. The other entry has access to the 10ft garage and the additional half bath with all slides in as well.
The Master Bed Room there is enough room for a King bed even though the owner has a very nice 12” mattress in the bedroom as well. The Bedroom has a slide out for more additional storage. There is also a closet in the hallway outside of the bedroom.
