Well maintained coach, PA inspection April 2024. New tires x 6 May 2023. I bought this coach in March 2021. The gentleman ( first owner ) who owned it in AL kept it in his barn. I looked at four other Berkshire 38a in 2021.Had them inspected for $1000 each. Every coach failed until I found this one. Perfect condition. Last year we took this coach to KY then Savanna. Everything works. I towed a Jeep Wrangler. Please get this coach inspected. You’ll see what a find it is. I just had the front seats and dinette seats reupholstered due to Flexsteel using low quality materials. I’ve had nine campers, airstream, two fifth wheel, TT and a hybrid. Nothing drives like a diesel pusher!!! I need to downsize due to financial  reasons. Don’t let this coach go!!! Non smokers. We are dog owners, two boxers. Serviced March 23 and April 24. Oil change and filter. Chassis lube, air bags checked. 181 hours on the Generator, runs on Diesel.truma instant water heater is amazing. Easy to winterize. Bath and a half, bunk beds, four Flat screen TV. Direct TV dish. Safe steer system installed. Fuel filters changed last year.

Stored under roof at a RV storage place when not in use. Coach is located near Hershey PA. I have a 50 amp garage plug so the unit can be plugged in for a full inspection.
