This baby has been pampered and still looks like new.

There are two bathrooms with sinks, one full size shower, washer and dryer hookups, walk in master closet, regular size queen bed, bunk house sleeping 9+ people, and amazing outdoor kitchen.  This rig has several updates which include:  A/C unit, furniture, faucets, porcelain toilet, queen mattress, and shower door.  

Optional lakefront lot in Wind Point Park can be negotiated in addition to this beautiful rig.  We built our home across the bay so enjoying full-time lake living so no longer using this beautiful location.  

Starlink equipment is another optional item in addition to this beautiful rig.
