Great two slide out RV that's ready for a new home and new adventures! The queen bed and bunk beds are great for dedicated sleeping space and for extra guests the sofa pulls out to a double bed and the dinette converts to a bed too. Maintenance and inspections are up to date and there are many updates and upgrades. Many new plumbing components (2020), engineered wood flooring through the main cabin (2021), pull out sofa (2021), carpet in the driver's area (2023), main awning (2020), slide out awnings (2022), roof resealed (2021), entry steps and bath skylight (2022), smart tv up front (2021), new batteries with tenders (2024), and everything runs and operates as it should.

AC units and heat work great, generator fires up and runs smoothly, jacks and slides operate properly and it is ready to roll.

This RV has been shared by two families for the last several years. Now the kids are older and life is going to be very busy for the next few years- we won't have time to enjoy it! It has wear and tear from use, travel, and lots of fun.
