I'm the original owner I've done all matinance , added center scissor jacks by wheels came with landing gear front and Manuel scissor jacks in back. Changed toilet to porcelain base, with hand sprayer and heated seat/ water Bidet while hooked to 110v shore power. Tires are 3 years old on chrome steel rims. 32" color tv in living room, 18" color in bedroom. Microwave ,3 burner stove, oven. Porcelain bathroom sink , stainless steel kitchen sink.kitchen backsplash silicone/ glass tile look. Lights have been changed to led power. 2 12v batteries replaced 2024. Great memories in this 5th wheel and many more to come, we changed away from 5th wheel. Best thing about 5th wheel is size small enough to get around ,big enough to be comfortable inside. Carpets around bed, and living room both in good shape, vinyl flooring bathroom, kitchen. Carrier AC ducted furnace ducted. Large pass thru storage , storgage doors all changed to barrel type locks keyed alike. 2 tanks7-1/2 gallon propane each replaced 5 years ago. Aftermarket 2" receiver for bike on rear bumper, rear bumper extra brackets supports added. This was my pride and joy and now can be yours.
