Upgraded model with 12v fridge, 4000w generator, solar panel, deck with rails, and 30 gal gas tank for your toys!

Excellent condition with no issues. This unit was an RV show model that we purchased in September 2023 and have further improved. We thought this model would be the best option for us with its rear deck and the open floor flex space, but after spending 10 weeks in it in Florida this winter, we've decided it still isn't quite the right fit for us.

Notable details: Onan RV QG 4000 EVAP generator, back-up camera system, rear deck/ramp with railing, massive holding tanks (98/57/57), 190w solar panel, 16" E-rated tires, 6000 lb axles with EZ Flex rubberized suspension and gas piston shocks on all four wheels, power tongue and stabilizer jacks, 19' power awning with LED lights, power queen bed above opposing dining couches in the "garage" (sleeps 5-6), 30 gal rear exterior gas tank with hose/nozzle for toys, 5000 lb heavy duty tie-down rings bolted to frame, 2 high-efficiency a/c units (still a 30-amp trailer), full rear soft wall with huge screen windows and zippered entry, black-out roll shades, vaulted ceilings, luxury swivel recliners, and premium bluetooth sound system with amp, subwoofer and indoor/outdoor speakers.

The most significant upgrade we made was the installation of a brand new 12v Everchill refrigerator that works like a dream! Additional upgrades we made include: Airtabs (www.airtab.com), stabilizer feet snap pads, combo/key front door lock, towing chain organizer, propane tank regulators, gas struts to lift/hold the main bed, dimmable reading/night lights over the main bed, improved shower head, and a swing-down arm for the TV (for a comfortable viewing position). We will include with the sale two 6V AGM batteries, the exterior Lippert on-the-go ladder we purchased, and, at your option, our upgraded 10" residential queen mattress (Doze by Sleepys from Mattress Firm). The original floorplan shows a king bed; we modified the plywood at the foot of the bed to fit a residential queen. This allowed for a LOT more standing room on either side of the bed plus a "nightstand" on either side of the mattress at the top. To "undo" this edit would be a simple matter of replacing the piece of plywood at the foot of the bed.

Stored in enclosed garage. Original owners, no accidents, non-smoking and pet free. We have given this trailer a shake down for you, and everything operates just as it should.
