Lightly used about four trips a year a total of 50 days. Everything in like new condition. King size bed, washer and dry included, storage under king size bed along with closet and dresser. Kitchen has island with sink, pantry with lots of cabinets., dinning table with four chairs, two stools for island. Pull out sofa with two recliners. Recliners have heat, lights, and vibrating options. One big screen tv with electric fireplace. Will include back up camera. I have upgraded the tires to carlisle tires which are heavy duty along with a metal bumper with a receiver hitch to pull a small trailer. Has one big area to store chairs, grill, electrical and sewer stuff. Have title in hand.
