Super clean, always cared for. Stored inside its entire life. Only selling because this compact camper getting too cozy for our growing family of five. Very light. Under 1600lbs when fully loaded and watered up. Easily hauled in a half-ton 6' bed and barely noticeable in our 3/4-ton. The only issue we have had was that one of the roof lift linear actuators went out and had to be replaced.
