It is a 2 owner trailer has only been towed 500 miles! First owner I bought it from put it on some property for a vacation home and used it twice, I bought it last year and have lived in it through all seasons. Great trailer, very nice to live in and has all the bells and whistles you’d need for full time living like, washer dryer hookups, heat and A/C, oven and cooktop with residential fridge and a rv king bed, and a closet you can walk through. Two bathrooms, one in the rear with a tub, not a lot of trailers have tubs and is perfect for bathing young ones. And a full bathroom toward the front of the trailer. A full rear bedroom with plenty of cabinet space and three beds in the rear. Lots of storage in and out of the trailer. Power awning and outdoor fridge and sink. Will come with all the little extras to get you started! This is a perfect trailer and have never had any issues. Fully detailed and ready to go to the next owner.
