Previous owner also created battery storage under foot of bed to accomodate sleep apnea equipment. Hoses and brackets to aid in emptying tanks, power cord, heated hose, 2 propane tanks, 110 adapter for plug in.
Shower and oven were never used by current owner. New element for water heater will be provided. (The water in our area is very hard)
Camco RV Flexible Swivel Stik Tank Rinser with Shutoff Valve included and some tank cleaners, treatment included. (Black tank was completely cleaned out before moving to current location)
Also included some racks to create more room for kitchen cabinets.
