We are the original owners, have not modified it or poked holes in the walls and have taken good care of this unit. When not in use it has been stored under cover. There are several components that have never been used (such as Washer/Dryer, Generator, back up camera, outside TV, etc). We are selling it so that we can get into a motorhome that will tow my motorcycle. There is a bike rack on the back.
