Selling my 5th wheel.
It’s currently located in Lafayette,LA 70506. 
My plan was to live in it with my wife, but we found a home.
I would love to get it off my hands and sell it to someone who can use it. 
New toilet, lavatory, kitchen sink fixture, range hood, and custom splendide Washer/dryer hook ups. (I’m a master plumber) 
Each 110v plug for it has individual breakers
It’s tucked in the back left corner of the camper so it doesn’t need to be used if you wanted to put a sleeping sofa back. 
The mattress isn’t stained, and is very comfortable.
Awning and both slide outs work.
Both AC units and leveling Jacks work too.
Tires are in great shape, it only got moved from LA to TX back to LA one time since I’ve owned it.
When I bought it from camping world I wasn’t aware of a leak behind the love seats. 
So that was repaired and any damaged wood was replaced and put new insulation and new carpet.

This Camper is great and very spacious, me and my wife took great care of it and I would love the next owners to enjoy it as much as we did.
