We are the second owners, this popup camper was always garaged, and is in excellent condition, both homes were non-smoking, and pet free.

Fresh water capacity 26 gallons, gray and black water capacity 12 gallons each. Outdoor hookup with gas grill. Built in Awning and outdoor shower. Trailer size closed with hitch 19'4", open 25'9". This camper has not traveled outside of the state of Colorado, and the minimal wear on the original tires is a testament to it's limited scope. Although it includes the electric hookups for a full service campground, we have only "dry" camped where there were no hookups for electric/sanitation.
Unfortunately we will not have access to our storage location this winter and would prefer not to store it outside exposed to the elements. Our family has made some wonderful memories camping with friends, and we hope it gives many years of joy to its new owner.
