This 2013 View Profile is immaculate. It addition to the many features that all 2013s have, this also has the interior upgrade package (MCD roller shades, carpeting, sink covers, etc), exterior speaker system, heated drainage system, roof-mount AC/heat pump, skylight/power roof vent, 1000w inverter, ultraleather on all seating, 3.6kw Onan Microquiet generator, both rear and galley TVs, satellite radio, backup camera. Nearly new tires, improved exhaust system, many additional accessories included (under-storage fridge, kitchen utensils, septic hose, etc)

Dual slideouts -- rear bedroom and living area -- make this roomy and spacious. It's very comfortable sleeping, driving and sitting. Has the interior sunshades in driving area which give privacy and protect from sun in the two sunroofs and windows, when needed. We brought it from Pittsburgh to central Maine and got 16+ highway mpg with the Mercedes diesel.

We are selling because of a death in the family and we have actually only driven this that one time last summer '23 when we purchased it near Pittsburgh. We are the second owners; the original purchaser actually drove to the Winnebago factory to bring this home himself to be sure the break-in was done properly, when it was new. Mileage of 24,889 is accurate, he and his spouse used it in the early teens for one long-distance trip, and then only used it regularly in state parks in PA.

The only issues: 1) main awning is worn on side edge near passenger door and has a minor leak at that edge, 2) can't yet find key (I think it's around here somewhere) to the small hatch that covers electrical cord, 3) tire monitor on one valve stem was damaged by mechanic when changing tire. That's it!

It has always been stored inside (we actually built a shelter for it last fall, before family changes happened) and it has always been maintained properly and thoroughly. If there's a cleaner, better-condition 24G from this era in North America, I'll be surprised. Unwinterized and ready to go. I have paperwork and all manuals. Starts and runs flawlessly, all systems work exactly as they should. See photos for details.
