I am the original owner, it was used strictly for family camping trips.  Kids have gotten big and I don’t need that size trailer just for me.  Axel bearings were lubed every 3rd trip, ac unit was upgraded to 15,000 btu.  I put a max cool fitting inside the ac and resealed the upper vents to cut down on cool air loss.  This also has the sealed belly and has never been unsealed.  Pulls like a dream never had any problems.  One of the rear stabilizers has been replaced, and a new entry handle has been added.
