I am the 2nd owner of the unit and have owned it since 2017. There have been many updates over the years and I have been diligent about performing routine maintenance on the fifth wheel. The unit is currently winterized and covered in Oologah, Oklahoma. I have the Michigan title in-hand and it’s in my name with no liens and being sold as-is.

This is a 50amp fifth wheel and it comes with 2 roof top air conditioners. The RV fridge is a French door and can run on either electric or propane. It comes with 2 - 30 pound propane tanks which were replaced with new ones in 2021. I am also including the PullRite Superglide 20K hitch and accompanying adaptor for a Ford puck system that I purchased new in 2017.

The exterior is in good condition and there is some fading with the sticker decals. There are 4 total slides, 3 on the driver side and 1 on the passenger side. The interior of the fifth wheel has been completely painted white with accents of color on the kitchen peninsula and bathroom sink. It comes with no furniture except for the RV king mattress.

Upgrades:

• 2017 replaced carpet in the living areas with a vinyl plank flooring
• 2018 the main entry door lock was replaced with an RVLock touch keypad which can be accessed either with a combination or key.
• 2019 the rubber spring with a Morryde sheer spring and wet bolt kit for the suspension.
• 2020 a Morryde entry step with strut assist was added to make it easier and safer to enter the camper.
• 2021 all the interior ceiling lights were replaced with LED lights.
• 2022, as a precaution (and not due to any type of roof leak) I resealed the roof and slides with LiquidRoof from EPDM Coatings. New Goodyear Endurance tires and I approximate they currently have about 2,000 miles on them. All wheel bearings were repacked. The rubber slide seals were replaced for all slides.
• 2023 I replaced the stock thermostat with a Micro-Air EasyTouch RV wifi enabled thermostat.
  
  

Notes: The fantastic fan in the kitchen operates and runs, but the automatic open damper does not extend and the cover is broken. The outdoor awning works fine, but the fabric needs replacing because it is frayed. The only leak that I am aware of was in the bedroom slide which caused damage to the wood, but the wood was replaced and resealed. The 18" fender flare on the driver's side between the kitchen and living room slide is missing.

I am selling only because I don't have truck to pull it anymore and I will be getting married in the fall.
