Purchased almost new in 2002 from dealership when original owners traded for a larger model after only 1 year. Retirement allowed us to travel/wander extensively for 20+ yrs in the western US, Canada and even to Alaska for 3 months! Pulled easily all these yrs by Chevy Tahoe SUV. No need for pick-up truck. This rig has served us so well, and are only selling to downsize. Unable to access all specs or a floorplan, will describe this trailer and its wonderful storage.
Bedroom is in the front with a walk-around "short queen" bed and 35 gal fresh water tank & storage below. Clothes cabinet, bedside table/drawer on each side. Also storage above bed.
Bathroom is across the back with roomy tub/shower, sink/vanity, medicine cabinet, toilet & large 2-door wardrobe with 6 gal water heater below. We added stackable, removable shelving to 1/2 for many necessities.
Kitchen has vinyl floor, double stainless steel sink, pull-up counter extension for meal prep, 3 burner gas stove w/ elect. oven, microwave. Ample drawers/cabinets above & below. Gas/elect 6 cu ft fridge/freezer & unusually large pantry cabinet.
Slide-out is opposite kitchen w/ jacknife couch (sleeps 1) and dinette area (sleeps 1) Storage under couch & both dinette benches. Overhead cabinets, also. Forced air gas heat & roof-top AC unit. Cabinet alongside entry door provides more space for clothes & TV/DVD player.
Interior odorless & very clean. Never used by children or pets.
Exterior has 17' awning. Outside shower in back.
Trim paint & decals do showing fading with age.
