If you’ve ever owned a travel trailer, then you know that one that is 1-2 years old is the perfect option to buy!  Our family has worked out all the kinks from the manufacturer and this is ready for summer memories!  All the fixing’s come along too— a top-of-the-line surge protector, electric cord, and a fresh and brand new stinky slinky!! We also had a separate stinky slinky holder installed on the under carriage behind the black tank— you’ll thank us. As a mom, I challenge you to find one cleaner on the inside. 
We have had the front cap completely re-caulked. The fresh water tank is new as of last summer. We chose the couch and table with arm for our living room. We love to eat outside and this works perfectly!
It comes with the Andersen Weight Distribution Hitch- so much better than the bars for distributing weight and making an easy drive for a half ton pickup.
