This is a fantastic 22ft trailer for a couple or up to 4 people. It is so CLEAN you would think it was brand new. We have a clear title in hand and are the only owners. The pictured mattress will be replaced with the original mattress that came with the trailer and is still in its original unopened packaging. All systems work perfectly. There are many electrical outlets and USB built in connections throughout. The floors throughout are vinyl but look like wood and are very easy to keep clean. The huge amount of storage is crazy. There is a basement for storage that runs all the way under the trailer. Shelves and tap lights have been added in some cupboards. The one slideout holds the couch that jackknifes open to a comfortable double bed. A COVER FOR THE SLIDER, costing $480, has been added to protect from debris. Vent covers have also been added-on to prevent unexpected rain entering. It is yours with the camper. The heat and A/C work perfectly. Note in the pictures how there is a hidden utensil drawer under the sink and two large drawers as well as open storage space under the walk- around queen bed. Blackout shades without strings are built into the windows. An ELECTRIC JACK AND WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION BARS, costing $450, are also included add- ons. Installed solar panels means your backup battery is always charged. We have been camping for our entire lives but with our ages in the 70's and 80's and medical issues interfering, it has become time to stop. This is one of the BEST campers we have ever owned and we know you too will find it to be so as well.
