Selling our 5th wheel Forest River 38 DBQ. This is a very clean trailer that has been kept nice. Recent deep clean of the roof and interior completed prior to listing. The 38 DBQ is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom model. It almost feels like a tiny home! The configuration comfortably sleeps 5 with specs indicating up to a max of 10 (I think 7 is more reasonable if using the sleeper sofa).
We kept it parked on our recreational land so it has almost no road miles! We sold the land and no longer have use for the trailer. Honestly, it's in great shape and very clean! There is some wear on the corners where our hands frequently touched and unfortunately we had a cat over that did a little scratching on the main 2 reclining chairs. We added extensive upgrades to plumbing, including closing all the gaps and pipe holes in original construction to prevent critters from getting in. Interior finishes upgrades include enhanced storage and faucet/shower fixtures.
