Great condition. Always stored covered. Full service done last summer including roof re-coat with only two trips since. 2 air conditioners from the factory, RV Airflow installed on both to help with flow/noise. RV Snap Pads added to leveling system. Added TV in the master bedroom. Always used with water pressure regulator and surge protector on electricity. 
Reese Goosebox conversion. I have original pin box as well. 
Second child on the way, so no time to use.
