I bought this brand new and am the only owner. Used 3 different weekends, stove, oven, and shower never used. AC worked great, never used the forced air heat. Selling because I just don't use it. Great shape, I do need to replace the light switch on the power jack. Everything else is excellent. After 4 days on this site and looking at other rv's available I have decided to adjust the price to hopefully facilitate a quicker sale. This trailer is in near new condition, taken twice to Edgar Evans State Park in TN on two different weekends and one weekend locally. Always stored inside and just this spring moved under a new carport. Tows nice, no accidents, no dings.
