Selling this RV as we upgraded, but it has been kept in pristine condition and has plenty of life left for adventures! I stayed in this RV full time while traveling around the country and kept up with all maintenance, checkups, and even a few upgrades. Included with the camper are standard kitchen appliances: a three burner stove and convection oven, 8cu ft. refrigerator, microwave, and a large kitchen sink with new hardware. The actuator for the oven needs to be replaced, but the stove still works and it’s an easy fix - I’ve just been out of the state for a few months. I always ran a dehumidifier and never had issues with condensation or water leakage, despite temperature changes from freezing to well over the 90s. I redid all of the exterior seals last year, so they should be in good condition for several more years. The queen bed has a new memory foam mattress, and the leather couch and recliners have been conditioned and well maintained. I bought a new leveling system that connects to your phone, but never installed it - again, should be an easy install. All of the hoses, cords, wheel chocks, and additional stabilizers needed to set up camp are included.
