You're viewing a very well-maintained unit. The reason she is for sale is twofold—one I work from home and wanted a little more space; two I wanted a unit that had a dishwasher and residential refrigerator. I've owned this unit for about two years and had Vic from Vic Baker RV Repair take care of all maintenance and repairs. She boasts a new microwave, and fireplace. There wasn't anything wrong with the fireplace until I broke the glass while I was exercising with stretch bands. There is a new toilet and Airxcell Max Air fan with remote in bathroom and new control board in front AC. The unit has a PVC membrane roof. The walk-in closet, with shoe rack is prepped for a washer & dryer. I keep a small freezer in the closet filled with ice cream.
The tri-fold sofa makes into a bed. To make it more comfortable I add a 4" foam mattress. The TV in the living room has surround sound and outside speakers. King antenna and DVD player. The theatre recliners have lighted cup holders, vibration and heat settings.
The dining table houses a shallow drawer. There are four chairs, two fold up for easy storage. The seats raise providing additional storage.
The pantry has several shelves and a motion activated light. Oh, there are also motion activated lights in the buffet area and bathroom.
The buffet is awesome. It provides an area for food prep and of course the coffee pot and toaster. Above the buffet are glass doors with lights.
The kitchen has a large island with electric plugs at both ends, deep farm sink, 3 burner gas stove and oven. I use the oven to store my cast iron skillets.
This unit is well lite with ceiling lights, lights over the island, buffet, sofa and theatre recliners. As with any unit there is storage under bed. The belly is large enough for me to sit upright in. It is heated and cooled.
There are two awnings with lights—I had the original large awning replaced with an awning that resembles the American flag. The 2nd awning is black and shades the living room slide out.
I know the basics about an RV, emptying the tanks and changing the water filters. So at least twice a year Vic inspects the roof, cleans the ACs, seals and caulks where necessary.
I like her to look good so she is washed every quarter and semi-annually she is waxed with polymer.
